1. Payment Policy — A deposit of the downpayment is required to secure your preorder. The remaining balance must be paid upon collection of the item.
2. Shipping & Delivery — Preorders take approximately 7–14 business days for shipping and clearance.
3. Refund Policy — Refunds are only processed after 28 working days and will result in a 20% deduction from the amount paid.
4. Installments — If a refund is requested before reaching the downpayment deposit threshold, a 20% deduction applies to the total amount paid so far. Once the downpayment deposit is reached and the order is placed, the refund policy above applies in full.
5. Installment Option — Installments are accepted but note The item will only ordered once payments reach the downpayment deposit threshold, and the phone will only be handed over after the balance is fully cleared.
6. Warranty & Liability — Customer phones have a 1-month warranty and SKMobile will only be liable for software issuses and not hardware damage caused by the customer during the warranty window, hardware damage caused to the phone will result in a termination of the warranty. any damages after the warrenty window skmobile will not be held accountable please take note.
